Orders and Shipping
Where is my order? Plus

Once your item/s is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please use this tracking number for the most up-to-date information regarding your parcel's delivery.

If your item/s is in stock in our Brisbane warehouse, it will be dispatch within 1-3 business days. Some of our products get shipped directly from our suppliers simply due to warehouse sizing constraints, and as such, dispatch time may vary.

As such, items in your order may arrive in separate packages depending on their fulfilment location.

How long does shipping take? Plus

Australia: Once shipped, items usually take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive (within metropolitan areas).

Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as it is available.

Some items may have longer shipping times- see product descriptions for details.

International: Once shipped, items may take 15-30 days to arrive. Shipping times vary depending on country and items ordered.

Will all my items be sent in one parcel? Plus

We stock a large variety of parts and accessories in our Brisbane warehouse.

However, due to the nature of our business, we don't have the capacity to keep every single product in stock in one location.

To ensure that your items arrive as quickly as possible, some items are sent directly from our suppliers, and as such, will arrive in seperate parcels.

If this is the case, you will receive tracking information for each parcel via email.

Returns and Refunds
I changed my mind, can I return it? Plus

We offer a 30-day return window for all products. Products must be unused and unopened to qualify for a return. Shipping fees are non-refundable and a 15% change of mind restocking fee may apply for special-order items that aren't dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval, with the refund issued to your original payment method. View more.

We pride ourselves on supplying high quality products and your satisfaction is a top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. You may be eligible to receive a refund or replacement item.
