Shipping
How much does shipping cost? Plus

Shipping costs are determined by several factors, including:

  • Your shipping address
  • The size & weight of the items in your cart
  • The fulfilment location of the product

As you add products to your cart, shipping charges may adjust based on these factors. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Please note that freight costs ARE NOT included for bull bars. Please contact us for a freight quote.

How long does shipping take? Plus

Products shipped from our Brisbane warehouse and in-stock items from our Aussie suppliers normally dispatch within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard postage takes an average of 3-7 business days for delivery.

🚛 Why Some Items Take Longer to Ship
We have long-standing partnerships with suppliers in UAE and China to supply a small number of products that we can’t hold stock of in Australia due to space constraints. These include head units, control arms, plastic snorkels, and steering wheels. Shipping for these products may take longer, with estimated timeframes provided on their product pages.


We always aim to dispatch orders ASAP, but once shipped, we can’t control courier delays. If you experience an issue, we recommend checking the tracking details or contacting the courier directly. Of course, if you still need help, feel free to reach out.

Where is my order shipped from? Plus

We ship from multiple locations depending on the product:

  • Brisbane Warehouse – A large variety of products are stocked locally for fast dispatch.
  • Australian Suppliers – Some products ship directly from our trusted Aussie partners.
  • International Suppliers – To offer a wider range of Pajero gear, we work with trusted suppliers in UAE and China for items that we can’t store locally due to space constraints.

Regardless of where your order ships from, every purchase is processed by us and backed by Budget 4x4 Life.

Do you ship overseas? Plus

Yes, we offer international shipping on most products excluding bulky items such as bull bars, exhuasts, suspension etc.

Do you offer local pickup? Plus

Unfortunately at this stage we are unable to offer local pickup as our warehouse isn't accessible to the general public. As business operations expand, we hope to offer this.

Returns
I ordered the wrong product, what should I do? Plus

If you’ve ordered the wrong item, contact us ASAP- we process orders same business day.

  • If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll update it for you, free of charge.
  • If it’s already been processed, you can return it (at your cost), and we’ll refund you once it’s received and approved back into stock. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Do you offer returns? Plus

We offer a 30-day returns window for unused items in their original condition.

If you’d like to return an item, email us at info@budget4x4life.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions to proceed.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • They must be shipped back within 30 days of your order date.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method and send a confirmation email.
  • Refunds may take a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

If something’s not right with your order, contact us ASAP at info@budget4x4life.com with your order number and details of the issue.

To broaden our range of offerings, we also work with trusted suppliers in Australia and internationally who support us by shipping some larger or speciality items directly.
