At Budget 4x4 Life, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel it for a full refund before it ships. If the item has already shipped, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your item/s at your expense, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee applies to items ordered from suppliers, such as bull bars and towing mirrors. For bundle purchases, returns must include the entire bundle for a refund.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

For exchanges, return the original item first and then place a new order.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval, with the refund issued to your original payment method.

For international orders, the return process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item/s. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and it's important to ensure your product complies with your country's customs regulations, as Budget 4x4 Life is not liable for customs rejections.
