Shipping Policy
In stock items are normally dispatched in 1-3 business days. Once your item/s is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via email.
As an online retailer, some items are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse, and others are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Due to this, your items may be dispatched at seperate times and may arrive in seperate parcels. If this is the case, you will receive multiple dispatch notifications and tracking numbers.
Budget 4x4 Life is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, and you can request for items to be shipped with insurance if you wish to do so.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to apply additional shipping charges for remote or hard-to-reach locations. If this applies to your order, we will contact you with a quote to obtain your approval and payment before finalising and shipping.
International Orders:
- Shipping Destinations: We offer international shipping to most countries. At checkout, you will be able to select your country from the list of available destinations. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer support for assistance.
- Shipping Methods and Timeframes: We provide standard and express shipping options. Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may be affected by customs processing.

- Order Tracking: Order tracking is available for most international shipments. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking may not be available for all shipping methods or destinations.

Bull Bar Freight Policies:
When purchasing a bar on the website, freight will NOT be included for it at checkout. This is due to the fact that freight costs significantly differ from states and postcodes. Due to this, it is important that you request a freight quote prior to your purchase so that we can provide you with an invoice that includes shipping to your nominated business or residential address.
If no quote is requested, we will provide one post-purchase. Your order will not be processed until the shipping fee has been paid. You have 7 days to approve or cancel.
