IMPORTANT NOTE: IT IS THE VEHICLE OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK & MAINTAIN THIS KIT AFTER INSTALLATION, EXAMPLE 1-Check all hoses are always securely installed within the fittings in Diffs, Transfer Case, Gear Box or Transmission (ALL BREATHER POINTS) & Bulkhead Breather-Filter fitting within the Mounting Bracket. 2-Check Breather-Filters have not been DAMAGED at all as this will allow Dust, Water & other unwanted contaminates to enter. The warranty does not cover Damage caused by misuse or improper installation or negligence by the vehicle owner to Check & Maintain the installed kit, liability for labour charges or consequential loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the failure of a Diesel Manager (DMA) Product / item. READ WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS within the Warranty section of this store.

• 1 X STAINLESS STEEL MOUNTING BRACKET WITH LABEL ATTACHED. TO MOUNTED WITHIN THE ENGINE BAY THAT WILL BE ALWAYS ABOVE THE WATER LEVEL.
• 2 X GALVANIZED SELF TAPPING SCREWS FOR MOUNTING THE BRACKET.
• 4 X O-RING SEALED BULKHEAD FITTINGS.
• 4 X BREATHER / FILTERS
• 2 X DIFF ADAPTER, THREADED TO SUIT DMA BREATHER FITTINGS-DMA-Adapt
• 5 X O-RING SEALED WATER-RESISTANT PUSH FITTINGS, Incl Y FITTING.
• 4 X BRASS HOSE BARBS / Male - For easy connection to existing Factory Breather Hose / Lines if required.

INSTALLATION TIPS-Due to difficulty in locating Gearbox & Transfer case Breather positions on all vehicles this kit is to be installed by a qualified mechanic / workshop that has a hoist with safety equipment available.

Some Transfer Cases, Gearbox’s & diff housings will not have a Threaded fitting for removal, they will have a Pressed-In Top cover / Hat breather vent installed, in these cases a mechanic must install this kit as they will need to modify the pressed in Top cover / Hat breather to allow rubber hose to be connected and then allowing connection to your diff breather kits hose / fittings / Brass Hose Barbs.

PLEASE NOTE ADDITIONAL COMPONENTS MAY BE REQUIRED TO INSTALL THIS KIT DEPENDING UPON YOUR VEHICLE APPLICATION & SERIES.

PLEASE NOTE DIESEL MANAGER DIFF BREATHER KITS ARE TO BE INSTALLED BY LICENCED WORKSHOP THAT HAS ACCESS TO A HOIST WITH SAFETY EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE.
