We've engineered this intercooler, and here's why it's exceptional: We've completely replaced the slim stock core and plastic end tanks with a full aluminium, TIG-welded construction. This design ensures durability on the road or off-road. The core thickness has been increased to 75mm, and we've added height to the intercooler, measuring 295x260x75, compared to the OEM unit's 270x206x50.
This replacement will effectively reduce induction air temperatures, resulting in improved engine output.
WHY SHOULD YOU UPGRADE? The stock intercooler tends to be small and prone to leaking at joins, along with issues of splitting on the plastic ends. When fitting aftermarket bullbars and accessories, this significantly restricts airflow. Our larger, high-performing unit addresses these issues by being taller at the top, allowing improved airflow when using aftermarket accessories.
